The Evaluation Process
Thank you to everyone who entered the Building Communities Awards 2025. Our judges commented on the high quality of entries and how difficult the decisions were this year. We received 40% more entries than in 2024!
Entries were judged by an esteemed panel of judges with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the housing and construction industry. Entries were reviewed and judged by the panel using a matrix scoring system. The judges were looking for evidence of development, implementation, and application of the issues detailed in each award category. They scored entries based on relevance, outcome and evidence. EEM staff have had no influence in the judging process.
Ceremony Tickets
The ceremony will be taking place on Friday 28th March 2025 at Derby Arena and tickets are priced at £90+VAT each. To book your tickets to the ceremony, please email sophia@eem.org.uk
